Job Description:

NY Times Bestselling author, talk show host and TV's Turn Around King, Grant Cardone seeks a Customer Service Expert to join his Miami Beach team.

The Customer Service Expert is the primary source of contact for our clients. This is a critical role as our customers are often needing assistance in purchasing, downloading, viewing and using our digital products in addition to password resets.

Excellent, efficient service is not only part of our company culture, it is part of what we sell. The Customer Service Expert plays a vital role in customer retention and satisfaction through friendly, helpful communication.

This is a full time position in our Miami Beach, FL office.

Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday
