Anyone can tweak something and make it a little better. Any salesperson can tweak their processes and make their closing a little higher. For 30 years, I have been tweaking car sales processes and customer satisfaction for companies. In some cases, the tweaks needed were small. In other cases, we needed to rewrite and entire industries sales process.
