"It was obvious to me that the results of those around me came from outdated and basically unworkable methods." While others blamed the sales people, Grant attacked the processes.At the age of 29, he wrote a seminar called "Selling in the 21st Century" that was based on his sales philosophies. Since then he has taken those first ideas and expanded them into "Information Assisted Selling" using non-confrontational selling approaches and information to assist the dealership in servicing the customers. He is the founder of Cardone Training Technologies in Los Angeles where approaches are still researched and developed.

He is also CEO of The Cardone Group in Orlando, Florida, which works "in house" with over four hundred dealers implementing his exact sales and management processes. By using a combination of in-house training, daily videos, The Cardone Institute for Management Training and the negotiation software called Epencil, The Cardone Group is able to execute changes and ensure on-going implementation.The Cardone Group, www.cardonegroup.com, created Epencil to facilitate the negotiations process and guarantee every customer is handled in the way that will maximize opportunities and grosses.
